Few days ago, director of my company had to relay the bad news...he had to laid me and few other staff from the company due to the bad performance and bad financial situation.
Part of me is happy on this news which I'm not sure why too..i guess this has to do that i'm not happy anymore working there with the environment and the situation within the company.
Part of me is not happy because I have not been paid my salary for 3 months already,including my EPF, SOCSO, income tax & zakat.
Some of the problems that i faced and tried to help in anyway that i can within these few months:-
- -Blacklisted and status 'striking off' by SSM.
- -Financial audit 2015 is not done
- -Cannot renew MOF cert, cannot participate tender anymore
- -Compound by SSM
- -Blacklisted by sprm due to the director's case before..he has to report himself to sprm every 3 months, i think.
- -Locked up in sprm lock-up for quite sometime
- -No experience in participating tender before, especially when being called for shortlisted companies.
So, basically today i'm jobless.
